Baby Shower Fun

While we were in Ohio, Mom and I attended a baby shower for her god-daughter, Mary. Since Mary lives in Montana, it was a long-distance shower for her Mom, Marge, who was just about to (and has since) become a grandmother. Baby Nate was born July 3rd!

It's not often that you attend a baby shower at which most of the attendees were also at the shower held when the mother of the new baby was born, but this was one of those occasions. It was great to see many of Mom's friends who I've known literally my entire life.
