It's great being a green winner!

On Monday, I entered a Twitter contest sponsored by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection called Easy As One. I blogged about it, on Monday as well, here in hopes of encouraging my friends to participate too. (Congratulations to Barbara who won on Tuesday!)

The good news is I won! And the better news is that my green prize package arrived today! Check out all the goodies. There's a big reusable shopping bag, a first aid kit (it's red), a 1-day pass to any Florida State Park, a notepad, a combo safety light-compass-whistle (it's orange) and a microfiber cloth.

The shopping bag is huge and has elastic at the top so it'll hold itself closed - nice when you're hauling things around. I stuck a pillow inside to get it to stand up.
